Working in Public Health for nearly 7 years and providing nutrition therapy to many patients, Angelina pays attention to all aspects of her patients instead of just writing a diet order. A person is more than just their diagnosis. Angelina has type 1.5 (LADA) diabetes, and she is also a researcher, advocate for nutrition safety and access, culinary nutrition expert, and a beginner gardener. As a wife and mother of three, she believes in “building each other up, not tearing each other down.”

With 20 years of various dietitian work experiences, Amy is well versed in nutrition. Amy is an involved teacher, coach, and cheerleader for each of her clients. She knows firsthand what it is like to make lifestyle changes due to an autoimmune thyroid condition. 

Her strengths are in making connections with people and working together to come up with practical solutions for better health.
