    What Our Clients Say...

"I would recommend Angelina's services to anyone serious about making a commitment to better health. She is a nonjudgmental, caring, and comprehensive health professional. It was a wonderful experience working with her, and I'm continuing to use many of the ideas she shared and working hard to build healthier habits for myself long-term."

    What our clients say...

Amy is easy to talk with and quite responsive (promptly replies with answers or assures you that she is seeking to find answers). She is intuitive; her gut kept urging me to test for Vitamin B deficiency which turned out to be the cause for my burning mouth syndrome. She is knowledgeable in her field and collaborative with other care providers to achieve best patient outcomes.

    What Our Clients Say...

"Don’t wait! Work with Angelina and let her help you figure out what works for you to feel and get healthy. The video chats, food suggestions/meal planning, messaging between sessions and her encouragement to keep at it were all important to helping me reach my goals. [My] blood sugars went from 10 to 7.2. Cholesterol and other labs were much improved! So far I’ve lost around 10 lbs."

    - A successful and satisfied client, Nebraska

    What Our Clients Say...

"With Amy's guidance, we focused on the eating changes I needed to make. Wanting to be around for my family I'm highly motivated (still have dialysis images in my head). The change to a plant based diet (okay, 90% change) has helped me increase my EGFR [from 46] to 64 and I have also lost 25 pounds!I know mindful eating is a journey, not a destination. With Amy's ongoing encouragement, I walk the road to better health every day."

    -Mike H.

    What our clients say...

Everyone hears how plant-based nutrition can do wonders for your health. But putting it into practice can be intimidating. Angelina taught me I don’t have to get overwhelmed or have an all-or-nothing mindset. With her support, I succeeded where past attempts failed. Using Angelina’s terrific tips, strategies, and recipes, it turned out to be easy to create a plan that fit my tastes, lifestyle, and health needs. I’m so grateful. It’s such a relief to reach an A1c of 6.1!
