Many insurance companies cover nutrition counseling EVEN if you don’t have an actual diagnosis but still want to come in for nutrition counseling for prevention of a disease.
I currently accept UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and Midland’s Choice.

In order for change to happen, I help clients gain information and knowledge needed to start. This includes symptoms, understanding your lab results, habits, food relationship, and your environment.
I provide options such as check-ins, goal setting, and other techniques to keep you on track. If you’re ready to feel better, we’re ready for you!
I help you shift your mindset to get rid of the shame, guilt, and helplessness. Instead, you’ll learn to stand up for what you deserve, gain confidence, and (once again) feel in control.
I go over techniques that will help keep you on track. You’ll be coached on planning, preparing, and doing one. thing. at. a. time. This reduces overwhelm and increases achieving your goals.
